Band Lineup Anniversary Party (FUNKYTOWN SPECIAL PERFORMANCE)

Established in 1999, The Verse formed a stable lineup of five members in 2004. Then they formed a large FUNK lineup of 12 members in 2007, including a rich level of pipe and voice. Appeared as a team on the stage of Midi Music Festival in May 2007, the band drew much attention and was unanimously praised. Zhang Youdai, a famous senior Double DJ in the CLUB and radio, planners and music promoter - evaluated them as ¡®a rare domestic band focusing on the origin of black music, with a healthy and progressive forces¡­¡­ they reminds me of the band in Alan Parker¡¯s film The Commitments.

So far, their fantastic live performances have been highly praised by all the people who went to watch.

This Saturday, the band, as the whole Chinese region's largest FUNK lineup, will give a magnificent live performance for its anniversary celebrations in Beijing. It will also invite the elites who have been in the entertainment business for many years, HUANG Feng and Zhang Yu, to perform DJ.
