Jacaranda Ensemble Quintet will bring you the avant-garde European music you have never heard and challenge your traditional concept of classical music.

Jacaranda Ensemble, is comprised of five German boys who have unlimited passion and music talent. They are the chief concert musicians of world-renowned orchestras, and also the world's music masters with avant-garde styles. They brought together a wide range of musical instruments from all over the world and play their own music with impromptu performances. With the familiar Alpine speakers, saxophones, bassoons, horns and drums, more than 10 instruments are played legendarily by these five young people. In their visit to China this time, they will combine the classical and jazz music with the colorful Chinese folk music. Further, they will perform a few songs adapted from Chinese folk music and play Chinese traditional percussion instruments.
